About Jacqueline Schrock
I have been a full-time real estate agent since 2007….and I absolutely LOVE my job! Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked 18 years in the software development world managing quality assurance, training, and technical writing departments as well as doing software design and systems engineering. At the same time I gained much first-hand real estate knowledge as a part-time investor, landlord, and “home flipper”.
I then obtained my broker’s license in 2010 and have been affiliated with RE/MAX Town & Country in Allen as a REALTOR® and Broker Associate since 2011. The 4 years before moving to RE/MAX, I partnered with a broker in a small real estate company in McKinney, working with investors as well as doing traditional real estate including selling luxury homes, new homes, and representing buyers with new construction.
I am also a HOME STAGER (and have a team of stagers), which comes in very handy when working with sellers to get their homes ready to sell! Staged homes sell quicker and for top dollar!
My hard work and diligent effort as a real estate professional has gained me awards such as:
D-Magazine’s “Best Real Estate Agents in Dallas“ 2014-2017, #1 Agent in Office for number of buyers closed in 2013 & 2015, #1 Agent in Office for number of Listings closed in 2016, Top 20 RE/MAX agents in DFW 2012-2017, RE/MAX 100% Club, RE/MAX Platinum Club, RE/MAX Hall of Fame (less than 2% of RE/MAX agents achieve this goal), and Top Tier Producer in RE/MAX Town & Country every year for the number of buyers closed, number of sellers closed, and for production. I have also been voted for the “Five Star Award” through Texas Monthly Magazine the past 5 years, and “Top 100 Agents in America” as recognized in Real Trend Magazine. I don’t want to miss mentioning the coveted “Energizer Bunny” award given to me by my office…for my hard work and tireless dedication to my clients!
Doing research is very important to me and I take pride in the fact that I will analyze every aspect of a house and neighborhood, based on the current market conditions as I guide you in buying or selling your home. With my strong negotiating skills, negotiating the best price for you is one of my strengths.
On a personal level, I am married and we have 5 “blended family” children. My husband and I lead a divorce recovery support group, as well as do volunteer work with the North Texas Food Bank and Meals on Wheels. I enjoy running, working-out, oil-painting, reading/research, and interior designing. I am also involved with fund-raising for Children’s Miracle Network, Komen for the Cure Foundation, and have helped raise funds to build homes for disabled veterans through the Texas Sentinels Foundation.
Whether you are selling your house, purchasing a new home, purchasing a pre-owned home, or buying investment property, I will hand-hold you through the entire process every step of the way….making your real estate transaction as smooth and successful as possible!
